Morocco Adventure Holidays
Just 3.5 hours away by air, this is without doubt a culturally rich North African country. Marrakech, considered this year by one British newspaper as a “must see” city, has a distinctive African feel. It has the largest souk (traditional market) in Morocco and one of the busiest squares in Africa. You’ll be amazed by what you can see here: Acrobats, musicians, snake-charmers and in July the National Folklore Festival is a 10 day event.
Our tours can get you away from the cities and deep into the Atlas Mountains, a biker’s paradise, for its steep rocky trails. We also feature trips to Mount Toubkal and the Sahara but if rest and relaxation by the water is what you’re after, then head to the Essaouira. This 18th Century coastal town is popular with surfers and at the picturesque harbour you can watch “catch of the day” being unloaded from the many fishing boats.
